What the integration does

• Organisations and people

  Both kinds of Simplicate relation can be used as a party in your document.

• Address and KvK number

  The establishment address and KvK number are carried over where they are filled in.

• Simplicate stays authoritative

  You keep managing relations in Simplicate; Instaclause only reads from it.

How it works

1. 1Create an API key for your environment in Simplicate.
2. 2Enter it under Settings > Integrations in Instaclause.
3. 3Choose Simplicate as the source when identifying parties.

What you need

• An active Simplicate subscription
• An API key with read access to relations
• Administrator rights in Instaclause
