Your document leaves Instaclause straight for Penneo. The signature status stays visible in your file.

What the integration does

  • Send without a detour

    No downloading and re-uploading — the document goes straight to Penneo.

  • Signers already filled in

    The parties in your document are proposed as signers.

  • Status in your file

    You can see in Instaclause who has signed and who has not.

How it works

  1. Create an API key for your practice in Penneo.
  2. Enter it under Settings > Integrations in Instaclause.
  3. When finalising a document, choose to sign through Penneo.

What you need

  • A Penneo subscription with API access
  • An API key and secret for your practice
  • Administrator rights in Instaclause
